LLP.) Hereafter may referred to as “Socative”] constitutes agreement to these

Cancellation Policy
We are with you but if someone tries to misuse, here’s how they will be

The user may as per their best interests deactivate their account at any
point of time. All
cancellation requests must be submitted to Socative department of Right Business
Avenues LLP. You may submit your cancellation requests by proper cancellation email.
Your
request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our
end/team. The confirmation email or number given by team of Socative will act as a
proof of the cancellation of service.
Socative reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services without
giving any prior notice without specifying any reason and also in case of any possible
violation of the terms of use. Socative shall not be held liable for any instances
of
termination of services on the account of non-renewal or non-payment of dues on time,
or,
violation of Service Usage Policy.

We need the correct information from you to serve you best.
User name and Email ID provided by the user at the time of Signup should be
true to his/her
knowledge and the provided Email ID should be in working condition.
However, all the details provided by the user at the time of sign up are
hereby kept
confidential with the team Socative for official use only. Purpose of the Email ID
is
to inform the user in case of any technical failure, down time of the service, change in
service, modification of working policy, and to maintain a two way channel between the
customers and the company for any kind of official communications.
It is important to know that in order to keep a track of geographical
location of the user,
so as to keep a check on any fraudulent activities, we maintain a record of I.P
addresses of
our users.

By using or accessing Socative Services in any manner, you acknowledge
that
you accept the practices and policies outlined in Refund Policy, and you hereby consent that

will follow our policies as mentioned.
Impotent: We clearly have No Refund Policy. We do not return the amount once

product or services purchased so, kindly check the product at your end by purchasing the
lower
amount plans.
We will refund your amount only in special case if approved by the management
of
Right Business Avenues LLP. in writing, but if someone tries to misuse, they’re legally
bound.
Account Closing
The user may close his account at any time. Account closing means that the
further use of services with the use of current password and login shall no longer be
possible.
The user is responsible for closing his account.
Closing the account by the user before the end of settling period for which
a
payment has been made does not obligate Socative to refund the amount for the
unused
period.
Socative reserves the right to close user’s account due to gross
infringement of the provisions of these terms and conditions or in the event of illegal
use
of the offered services.
Socative shall not be liable for damage suffered by the user arisen due to the
suspension or closing the account by the user or for other reasons arising from the
user’s
fault.
Guarantee and Limited Liability
Socative guarantees the highest quality of its operations to ensure
accessibility and continuity of offered services and products in accordance with their
use
and purpose. No long distance data transmission, however, guarantees 100% security,
continuity and accessibility of the provided services.
Although Socative tries to, but does not guarantee compatibility of
offered services and products with other producers’ software. The user shall bear
responsibility for the choice and consequences following from the use of other software
including its applicability to user’s objectives.
Socative stipulates that opinions given by users do not reflect in any

- Consequences of failure to perform or improper performance of

offered products and services
Privacy Policy
All disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be
primarily resolved amicably as mentioned in privacy policy
Final provisions
All disputes that cannot be amicably resolved shall be submitted for resolution
by
Common Court of Law at the location of Right Business Avenues LLP registered office.
The provisions of Civil Code, the act on copyright and neighbouring rights, an
act
on electronic services providing and other provisions of effective law shall be applicable
in
issues not governed by these terms and conditions.
Our terms are aligned and subject to modification according to laws and guidelines by local
government bodies like TRAI in India.

then you can call our support number or whatsapp on same number. Our support team will
help
you online and if your problem is not solved online, then our support team will provide
live
solution using screen sharing.
